FOR RENT – STATIC CARAVAN AT
WITHERNSEA SANDS HOLIDAY PARK
Come to Withernsea Sands, it is a Parks Resort Holiday Park
with club house, laundrette, shop and adventure playground.
(Passes for club available from office) The site is 10 minutes
walk from the sea shore and town, which has pubs, second hand
shops, Saturday and Sunday markets, a small arcade and many
friendly people. Traffic Jams during holiday times are minimal
if you travel by the M62 and takes only 1 ½ hours from Leeds.
The caravan is 35 x 12 with two bedrooms, a dining room, a
spacious lounge, a kitchen and a toilet with a shower. It
sleeps 6 people comfortably and possibly eight if required.
On offer to make your stay comfortable is:- T.V, D.V.D player
and Freeview , a music centre, and a selection of paperback
novels. In the kitchen is all the crockery and cookware you
need.. In addition there is a toaster, a brevel, a George
Foreman grilling machine, microwave, kettle, fridge with a
small freezer area, kettle, cleaning materials, coffee, tea,
sugar and condiments. There is an ironing board and iron,
hairdryer and heaters for the bedrooms. Duvets, covers and
pillows are provided but sheets and pillow cases are not (for
health reasons) There is an outside patio area and some
deckchairs for comfort. The caravan is in a very quiet area of
the park.
We are unable to accept single sex parties because of park
rules. We are sorry to say no pets. Smoking is permitted but
we respectfully ask that it takes place outside or near the
exit doors as we are aware that some medical conditions can be
exacerbated by the lingering effects of smoke left in soft
furnishings.
